The PXD7113 FlexRay Digitizer features input voltages up to ±10 V and a bandwidth of up to 10 MHz. With a 16-bit resolution, sampling rates of up to 100 MS/s are possible. In addition, the PXD7113 includes a built-in timer/counter and a voltage measurement engine for precise results.
The digitizer is equipped with two multiplexed inputs, which can be configured as differential or single-ended. In both modes, an optional 95 Ω termination resistor can be activated, allowing direct measurement of FlexRay signals. A high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) ensures stable and interference-free measurements.
Extensive trigger capabilities enable data acquisition before and after the trigger event, as well as synchronization of multiple instruments.
