I joined VX Instruments in 2012 right after finishing my studies – my first job, and still one of the best decisions I’ve made. Working in development and product management allows me to pursue my passion for cutting-edge technologies. What I really appreciate is the variety in my work and the chance to continuously grow – both professionally and personally. What motivates me most is the amazing team: we learn from each other, support one another, and there’s a huge amount of expertise here – also among our leaders.

I find our products incredibly exciting – we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s physically possible. There’s a very special spirit here – the passion for technology is tangible everywhere. We work closely with our customers to develop solutions together that help them overcome their challenges. This spirit of collaboration is what makes my work so rewarding.

I joined VX Instruments because I wanted to return to a medium-sized company – a place where you can truly make a difference in a familiar, supportive environment. And that’s exactly what I’ve found here. At VXI, everyone has the opportunity to contribute, take on responsibility, and actively shape projects. What I particularly appreciate is the open, down-to-earth culture – hierarchies are flat, and doors are always open. And we don’t miss out on the fun either: for example, our themed cooking evenings in our "Work & Coffee" are always a highlight – great fun and a perfect way to grow even closer as a team.
