With 42,000 visitors from 94 countries, this is a new visitor record at Productronica 2023!
The main topics at Productronica were power electronics, AI in electronics production, SMT and EMS.
VX Instruments were again represented with a new booth design in Hall A1 and presented the current PXIe measurement systems as well as the latest test system generation for power semiconductors (SiC, GaN, MOSFET, IGBT, etc.) to our customers and interested visitors.

VX Instruments were again represented with a new booth design in Hall A1 and presented the current PXIe measurement systems as well as the latest test system generation for power semiconductors (SiC, GaN, MOSFET, IGBT, etc.) to our customers and interested visitors. In addition to the presentation of isolated PXI/PXIe measuring devices and their application, e.g. as a laser diode test system, the focus this time was on instruments and test systems for high power semiconductor testing. Our STS8110 test system for static parameters was on display as a demo system. This can be used to test semiconductors such as MOSFETs and IGBTs with voltages of up to 3,000 V and currents of up to 2,400 A. The systems are ideal for fast testing in production, e.g. an RDS(on) test can be carried out from 100 µs.

Our partner company VX Test Solutions was also present again this year with its GT4000, demonstrating examples of ICT/FCT testing and the simple programming of test sequences with the GTS test management software. After the busy days at the trade fair, we had numerous conversations and technical discussions with visitors and many of our customers.

We actively addressed the issue of skills shortages at the trade fair and our "Join our team" campaign led to promising discussions at our stand. We all agree: there is no substitute for personal contact and exchange.
We are already looking forward to the next Productronica from Nov. 18 - 21, 2025.
