VX Instruments at SEMICON Taiwan: Precision Testing for High-Power Semiconductors in Focus

From September 2 to 4, we will be exhibiting at SEMICON Taiwan in Taipei, where we will demonstrate how our test systems reliably test SiC, GaN, and Si power semiconductors throughout the entire process, from the wafer level to the module level. As part of the Bayern International joint booth, you can find us at Booth R7112/10 on the 4th floor of TaiNEX 2.

Under the theme “NEXT ERA of High Power Semiconductor Testing,” we will present how testing requirements for power electronic components are evolving alongside the industry-wide shift toward wide-bandgap materials. At the heart of our booth is the DTS8765neo Dynamic Semiconductor Test System, which we developed for high-precision dynamic testing up to 3,000 V / 20,000 A – with parasitic inductance below 5 nH and an effective test time (ETT) of less than 30 ms.

SEMICON Taiwan also marks another milestone for us: with the recent establishment of VX Instruments Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, we are further expanding our presence in Asia and moving closer to our customers and partners across the region. This new entity underscores our long-term commitment to supporting the region’s fast-growing semiconductor market with local expertise and faster response times.
