Where we come from

Our story begins in 1989 – with an idea, a lot of passion, and a clear goal: to improve measurement technology. In 1998, the small tinkerer’s workshop “Ingenieurbüro Johann Degenhart” became VX Instruments GmbH, which quickly developed into an internationally successful company.

Today, our customers include some of the world’s largest technology companies. We export to over 30 countries, and more than 500 test systems equipped with our instruments are in use worldwide. Despite this success, we have remained a family-owned company that stays true to its values and roots: reliability, partnership, quality, and a genuine enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.
